Your voyage to the Maldives begins today as you board your international flight in the US bound for Malé, the capital of this wonderful Indian Ocean archipelago. Some departure airports will require departure a day earlier.

Arrive at Malé International Airport and after meeting our friendly representative*, transfer to a speedboat waiting to transport you to your resort. Step aboard and admire the seascapes on an approximately 30-minute journey to the Adaaran Select Hudhuranfushi, a luxurious all-inclusive resort situated on Lhohifushi Island in the North Malé Atoll.

On arrival, check in to your Beach Villa, located along the palm-speckled beachfront, steps from the white sands. Each spacious and elegantly decorated villa comes with an en-suite outdoor bathroom, satellite TV, minibar, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. For an extra touch of luxury during your 5-night stay, upgrade to one of the Adaaran’s Prestige 5 -star Ocean Villas—beautiful wooden villas perched on a stilted deck above the resort’s lagoon.

Wake this morning to your first, full day in your Maldivian paradise starting with a delicious breakfast at the resort’s main restaurant. Then, spend the day as you wish: lazing at the swimming pool or beach, and basking in the aquamarine sea. If you’re feeling energetic, snorkel among the corals and tropical fish at the hotel reef or take your pick from the Adaaran’s sports amenities with a game of tennis, table tennis, squash, badminton, or beach volleyball.This afternoon, you may want to delve into the Maldives’ history and culture on an optional excursion to Malé, riding a speedboat to the capital to discover its sights and go shopping before returning to the Adaaran for dinner.

Another day in paradise awaits today with another chance to lounge on the sands or by the pool, or snorkel and swim in the crystal-clear lagoon. Alternatively, you may want to take advantage of the Adaaran’s selection of watersports rentals and lessons (all at additional cost). Perhaps bob over the lagoon on a kayak or stand-up paddle board, zoom across the waves on a jet ski, try surfing, windsurfing, catamaran sailing, or scuba diving, or join a group snorkeling excursion to explore the local reefs and coral gardens. Come the evening, perhaps round off your day with an optional sunset cruise on a traditional ‘dhoni’ boat to witness and photograph one of the Maldives’ radiant sunsets from the water.

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and spend what's left of the early afternoon independently, perhaps lounging on the beach or by the pool before we bid a reluctant farewell to the Adaaran and make the speedboat journey to Malé and on to its airport for your return flight to the USA.
