I would give Affordable World 10 stars for this amazing trip! Everywhere we went, someone was there to meet us, take us to where we had to go, and make sure we were on the correct ferry, plane, etc. Sometimes our bags were at the hotel before we were and already checked into our room.. Everything was made so easy to have Affordable World tell us our schedule and be there to bring us where we were going, especially with the language barrier and not being able to read the signs that were posted in a different language. I would absolutely do another trip with affordable world.

Affordable World Travel delivered an absolutely incredible experience on our recent tour of Japan. From start to finish, every single detail was seamlessly organized and remarkably well planned. Our tour guide Zach was outstanding, bringing deep local insight, energy, and endless patience to every stop on our itinerary. We were able to experience iconic sights, incredible food, and rich cultural traditions without a single moment of travel stress. The balance between guided excursions and free time to explore at our own pace was ideal. I cannot recommend Affordable World Travel enough and will definitely be booking my next international trip with them!

The trip was well planned to get to see all the important sites in each city. The hotels chosen were very good. The transportation was great. The tour guide was excellent. He tried to please us by staying longer or shorter at a site or seeing a site we wanted to see.

Bali is something I never expected. I could not have pictured a place so special. This was our first time visiting, and it did not disappoint. It raised the bar for what I expect from a travel experience. There's so much to see and do; it's hard to put into words. Our tour guide was excellent, patient, and very knowledgeable. Affordable World made this trip possible, and I am so thankful. They took away the stress of planning and the logistics, and I loved every minute of it. I will definitely be using Affordable World again!

This was an amazing experience. All the details were taken care of and our guide Sharky was absolutely awesome. He went above and beyond to make the experience everything we hoped for, anything we we wanted to experience, he helped us make it happen, we are forever grateful......the only thing i would change were the flight options we were given included a long layover in Singapore(14 hours one the way there 17hrs on the way back). We did book several months in advance and the flights had been adjusted a couple times. We definitely plan to come back again and would gladly book another trip through Affordable World.

We loved the tour guide and all of the excursions. The tour guide was fun, caring, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond, even helping a member of our group that was born in Thailand but grew up in the US find his father. It was amazing. We loved the excursion to the Rajjaprabha Dam (stunning) and staying in Khao Lak. It was a beautiful hotel, very peaceful and right on the beach. We didn't want to leave.

If you are on the fence about booking a tour, do it! Ken was wonderful and took care of every possible need. All we did was show up and everything was planned for us. The service was beyond excellent! The only feedback I would offer is do not fly economy if you have a long flight. LOL. This tour package was a 10 out 10 experience.

Based on their recommendation, I decided to book our trip through AW for what would be my nephew's and my first visit to Japan. Even before our journey began, I was impressed by their customer service. I contacted the team several times with different questions while planning our trip, and they were always responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Ann, who greeted us at the airport, was waiting with a sign displaying our names, making us feel immediately welcomed. She then escorted us to our driver, who accompanied us throughout our itinerary. Every transfer was punctual, smooth, and stress-free. The itinerary was well planned, easy to follow, and perfectly paced. Every hotel exceeded our expectations—from the seamless check-in process, which our tour guide Lee assisted us with, to the beautiful rooms, outstanding breakfast buffets, and excellent amenities. Several hotels even offered gyms, spas, swimming pools, and traditional hot springs, which made our stay even more memorable. A special thank you goes to our tour guide, Lee. He was exceptional—attentive, professional, knowledgeable, and an excellent communicator. His passion for Japan, its history, and its culture truly enhanced our experience. This was my second trip with Affordable World, and they continue to impress. We booked the Bali package with hotels in Ubud and at the beach, and upgraded both from 4 to 5 stars. The results were very different. In Ubud we stayed at the Nandini hotel and it was spectacular: a beautiful hotel surrounded by nature, a true 5-star experience, and close to everything that truly IS Bali. The upgrade wasn't too expensive and was completely worth it. It was the highlight of the trip. At the beach we stayed at the Sofitel in Nusa Dua, and that was a different story. The upgrade was much more expensive than Ubud's and, honestly, not worth it. The hotel is not at a 5-star level: very crowded, with a "wannabe Cancún" vibe and none of the essence of Bali. After Nandini, my expectations were high and the Sofitel fell short. The only things I'd rescue are the spa and the dinner on the sand (because there's no nice beach at the hotel). Special mention for our guide in Bali, Suardhana: one of the best parts of the trip, super attentive, and he helped us resolve everything. I also want to highlight Affordable World's customer service: we had an issue with an extra bed for my son and they responded incredibly fast to solve it. That kind of support makes a real difference. Would I recommend this trip to my family? Yes, definitely, but with the warning to choose a different beach hotel instead of the Sofitel. Ubud with Nandini, our guide Suardhana, and Affordable World's great service mean this agency is definitely on my list for future trips.
