A program that allows past guests of Affordable World Tours (Brand Advocate) to refer new travelers. In return, they earn Travel Credits, which can be redeemed toward Affordable World trips.

Brand Advocate

A past Affordable World guest who refers a new traveler who has not previously taken an Affordable World tour.

Travel Credit

The reward a Brand Advocate earns for referring a new customer. Travel credits are issued once the referred guest has paid in full for their tour.

Advocate Referral Code

A unique code assigned to each Brand Advocate, used to refer new guests.

Referee

A new customer referred by a Brand Advocate who has never traveled with Affordable World before.

Referral savings

A discount applied to a first-time Affordable World booking when a valid Advocate Referral Code is used.

Anyone 18 or older who has previously traveled with us is eligible to join. It’s simple, rewarding, and a great way to inspire others to explore the world.

There’s no limit to how much you can earn! For example, if 4 travelers you referred complete and pay in full for their bookings, you’ll receive $200 in Travel Credits—that’s $50 per traveler, with unlimited earning potential.

Sharing your love for Affordable World is simple.

1. Login to your account, click on “My Rewards,” and enter your friend’s name and email address to send them your unique Referral Code.
2. Prefer a direct approach? You can also copy your code and share it via text, email, or social media.
3. Your Referral Code will also appear after you complete a booking—making it easy to invite friends and family to join your next adventure.

Yes, Travel Credits must be used within one year from the date the voucher code is issued. The code is generated when your referred friend or family member (Referee) makes their final payment on their first booking.

Just log in to your Affordable World account and go to the “My Rewards” section. There, you’ll find your current Travel Credits balance, along with a detailed list of each credit, including its 8-digit voucher code and expiration date.

No, Travel Credits cannot be applied toward your tour deposit. They may only be used toward your remaining tour balance on an existing or future tour.

Yes, you can use your Travel Credits toward any item pre-booked in your reservation at the time of final payment. However, they cannot be applied to optional tours or other services purchased while you are on tour.

If you cancel a tour that was booked using Travel Credits, please refer to our standard cancellation policy for details on applicable penalties. If you are eligible for a refund, it will be issued to your original form of payment, and any unused Travel Credits will be returned to your Travel Credit balance. Please note that the original expiration date will still apply to any reinstated Travel Credits. The same conditions apply to tours that are cancelled by us.

Yes. This referral discount can be combined with other promotional offers. However, please note that it cannot be applied to select tours, including but not limited to tours ATT, ATP, ATPM, APASIC-FRI, APASIC-SAT.

Yes. To qualify for the $50 per person referral discount, all travelers in the reservation must be first-time customers of Affordable World and referred by a Brand Advocate. The discount is only valid on your first booking.

By participating in the Affordable World Travel Referral Program, I am agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and agreeing to act as a Brand Advocate.

The Affordable World Rewards Program is available to travelers who have traveled on at least one Affordable World tour and are at least 18 years old. Travel agents and affiliated contractors are not eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.

If you have been referred to Affordable World Tours by a Brand Advocate, you are eligible to receive a $50 per person discount on your first booking with Affordable World. All travelers included in the reservation must be first-time customers of Affordable World to qualify. Please note that this discount is not applicable to select tours, including but not limited to tours ATT, ATP, ATPM, APASIC-FRI, APASIC-SAT.

You will earn a $50 Travel Credit for each new customer you refer who books and pays the final balance on an Affordable World tour. There is no limit to the number of Travel Credits you can accumulate.

The following Brand Advocate Travel Credits terms apply:

1. Advocate Referral Codes may only be used by new customers on their first booking. All travelers in the reservation must be first-time customers of Affordable World.
2. Advocate Referral Codes may not be posted on coupon or discount code aggregator websites.
3. Advocate Referral Codes are not valid for customized tours or select tours.
4. Advocate Referral Codes expire within 1 year of issuance date.
5. Travel Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be applied retroactively to existing bookings.
6. Each Travel Credit will be issued with a unique voucher code, which will expire one (1) year from its issuance date.
7. Travel Credits must be redeemed directly through Affordable World’s website and can only be applied toward the final payment of tour package reservations. They cannot be used on third-party vendors' websites (e.g., Groupon, Travelzoo).
8. If a referred customer cancels their booking, the associated Travel Credit will be removed from your rewards account. If your tour balance has already been paid and this removal creates an outstanding balance, immediate payment will be required. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your reservation.
9. Travel Credits will not be awarded for bookings associated with spam, fraudulent activity, or credit card abuse.
10. Affordable World Tours reserves the right to modify or terminate the Travel Rewards Program at any time without prior notice.
